The concentrate is 65 brix, with an average single strength of 7.80 brix. This means that a 1:9.7 dilution rate will yield approximately 2.50+ gallons of single strength juice per quart. Our product is available in 1 quart (1/32 fl ounces) size, which can make 2.5+ gallons of single strength juice, or in larger sizes that can yield even more single strength juice.

Watermelon fruit juice concentrate has a wide range of applications, making it a versatile ingredient for brewing beer, wine making, mead, spirits, hard cider, and more. It can also be used to flavor meat, tea, ice cream, and other food and drink products. Many brewers use it for flavoring in the secondary fermentation process.

Both our watermelon and lemon concentrates have a freezer shelf life of up to 24 months, whether opened or unopened.

To ensure the highest quality, we recommend refrigerating the concentrate upon receipt. If stored for longer than 2 weeks, we suggest freezing it. When ready to use, simply thaw it slightly, use what you need, and return the remaining concentrate to the freezer until next time.
